Interior Space and Exhibition Design Yu Sir Dessert Shop by Chun Wei Tsao Yu Sir is an ice cream and dessert shop interior located in Miaoli City, Taiwan. The design follows a simple Japanese style that matches the calm pace of the town. The open layout avoids extra partitions, so daylight moves freely through the space. Reeded glass divides areas while keeping a sense of transparency. Southern pine, plants and non-toxic paints form a warm and fresh setting. A half-open preparation area lets customers see how the food is made. The main public space covers 84 square meters.
