Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Future is Boundless Residence by PTW Architects Future Is Boundless is a residential building in Taiwan. The design combines four principles: frame, mass, balcony and trims. Proportional division turns the large volume into slender vertical forms, creating a frame structure and a distinctive roof. A one to one to one spatial ratio gives the massing a coordinated rhythm. Exterior materials include ivory aluminum cladding, dark granite, glazed tiles and laminated glass. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a library and a yoga room. Open interior spaces support contact among residents.
