Architecture, Building and Structure Design Gocek Villas by Koray Yavuzer Gocek is a residential complex of 32 villas in the Gocek region of Turkey. Each villa measures between 110 and 120 square meters. The layout follows a V-shaped form that opens toward the sea view and guides natural ventilation through the living units. Semi-open and open corridors and bridges connect bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, replacing standard closed halls. Facade cladding uses natural materials from the region, selected for long-term durability in the hot local climate. Social facilities are included to serve the residents.
