Next Collection Hospitality Residential

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Next Collection Hospitality Residential by David Nikuradze Next Collection is a residential complex designed in relation to the landscape of Green Cape. The building consists of three independent wings placed on a podium that holds a garden. The rooftop is used as a social area with a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool. The layout of the wings supports a clear flow between the apartments and the garden on the podium. The interior follows a minimalist approach with a nautical theme and a calm color palette. The design combines organic forms with the surrounding topography.
