Gothic Delicacy Cookie

Generative, Algorithmic, Parametric and AI-Assisted Design Gothic Delicacy Cookie by Icy Design Oy Gothic Delicacy is a macaron designed around a Gothic visual theme. The shells are black, colored with food-grade activated charcoal, and made from finely ground almond flour, confectioner's sugar and aged egg whites. Sharp almond pieces and bronze-toned peaks form the decoration, giving the small dessert a dramatic appearance. The concept was first developed with an artificial intelligence image platform and then produced by hand. Each macaron is held in place inside a matte black box, which protects the shape and the surface until the box is opened.
