Genuine Minzui Mixed Use Building

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Genuine Minzui Mixed Use Building by Minzui Innovation co., ltd. Genuine Minzui is a mixed use building completed in Taiwan. Building A holds commercial space, offices and shared facilities on the first floor, residential units from the second to the fourteenth floor, and a boxing room and sky garden on the top floor. Building B is a two story retail complex. Horizontal shading and 10 plus 10 glazing reduce sun exposure on the western facade. Local plants are set in low, medium and high layers on the east facade and the roof. The exterior walls are clad in kiln fired tiles with low water absorption.
