Cultural Heritage and Culture Industry Design The Glory Of Jun Hun 1975 Cultural Preservation and Restoration by Taiwan Power Company The Glory of Jun Hun 1975 is an immersive cultural heritage exhibition set in the former Jun-Hun Power Plant on Bei-Gan, Matsu. The plant was completed in 1975 and remained closed for decades. The 237 square meter site spans two floors and is entered through a 30 meter tunnel carved into the mountain. Vintage explosion-proof wall lamps light the tunnel walls, and recorded generator sounds recreate the noise of the power generation era. Lighting, sound and dance performances guide visitors back to the Cold War period. The design preserves the fragile structure without damage.
