Ruman Origin Farmstead Architecture

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Ruman Origin Farmstead Architecture by Xinyao Han Ruman Origin Farmstead is a rural building complex located in a rice paddy field on the edge of Chengdu. The farmstead has three courtyards. The first courtyard is a wooden reception space built in the traditional manner of Western Sichuan. The second courtyard holds a restaurant and a multifunctional space. The third courtyard is an independent dwelling with solar panels, ground source heat pumps, rammed earth facades and double layer doors and windows. The total construction area is 1200 square meters.
