The layout combines geometric blocks with a blank-leaving technique, moving beyond the simple accumulation of furniture and decoration. The original high ceilings are retained, so the living room and dining area remain bright and open. Sunlight enters through the windows and creates a layered atmosphere. The first floor holds the daily living and guest areas in clearly defined zones. The second floor uses three window types to balance privacy and openness.
