Interior Space and Exhibition Design Kunming Wangfujing Shopping Mall by Yeenian Yao Kunming Wangfujing is a shopping mall interior covering 1900 square metres in Kunming, China. The design applies the tie-dye craft of the Bai people to a modern commercial space. Blue and white patterns are made with hand-tied knots and natural plant dyes, so each fabric piece is unique. Pure cotton and linen materials are selected for comfort and sustainability. The layout arranges stores and rest areas for smooth movement, while plants and seating create a calm atmosphere. The intent is to link local cultural heritage with contemporary retail.
