Robotics, Automaton and Automation Design Eco Fusion AI Recycling 3D Printer Robot by Xilin Tang Eco Fusion AI is a recycling three dimensional printer that turns plastic bottles into printable filament. A cutting bar removes the usual grinding step, so each bottle is cut, melted and fed directly into the extruder. A robotic arm loads new bottles, and an artificial intelligence system sets temperature and feed rates. Temperature and flow sensors monitor quality during operation. The chassis is machined from recycled aluminum, and translucent panels reveal the internal process. A touchscreen shows each stage, making on site recycling clear and accessible.
