Digital Product Design Airchef Drone Enabled by Zhiwen Qian, Wenbo Guo and Ding Li Airchef is a drone-enabled meal delivery service created for people with limited time for meal planning. Meals are selected through a mobile app, and drones deliver them directly to the door. The drones fly without a pilot, avoid obstacles and adapt to weather conditions. Carbon fiber composites keep the drones light and durable, while route planning algorithms shorten delivery paths. Connected tracking allows each delivery to be followed in real time. The service reduces the need for grocery trips and home meal preparation.
