The project covers 128600 square metres and is arranged as two clusters joined by a landscape life axis, forming a plan of one axis and multiple clusters. A community theme garden offers shared outdoor space for all ages. High-rise areas shape the facade image along the urban expressway, while multi-storey areas support quieter private living. Facades use beige coarse sand stone paint with champagne aluminium panels that recall the coconut trees of Hainan.
