Nago Agri Park Foodscape Cafe

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Nago Agri Park Foodscape Cafe by Koichi Tomiyama Nago Agri Park is a cafe interior created within a support facility for agricultural products in Nago, Okinawa, Japan. The renovation follows the concept of Farm and Craft, offering a space where diverse visitors can experience agriculture firsthand. Hemp rope was wrapped around the existing columns, and burlap fabric was draped over the ceiling frames as both decoration and sunshade. Local artisans applied a traditional plaster finish using regional soil. Edible plants and drinks made with local produce link visitors with food and nature.
