Architecture, Building and Structure Design Rizhao Zhonggu Logistics Business Building by Liang Wei Rizhao Zhonggu Logistics is an office building in a coastal logistics park in Rizhao, China. The form recalls a loaded cargo ship ready to depart. The tower is square, like stacked shipping containers, and the podiums on each side are inclined like the bow of a freighter. The entrance uses a curved shape inspired by a sail. The facade is made of aluminum panels that resist salt fog and are easy to maintain. LED lighting is placed within each exterior panel to make the building visible at night.
