Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Sakura Nest Mixed Used by Reacto Architect & Design Sakura Nest is a mixed-use development that combines residential, office and commercial spaces in Adana. The site covers 23,585 square meters and holds eight residential blocks with 59 units, 10,000 square meters of commercial area and 600 square meters of social facilities. Organic forms and layered terraces replace rigid grid geometry. Reinforced concrete forms the structure, and the facade uses insulated glass with aluminum cladding. Passive shading, green terraces and rooftop gardens support energy efficiency.
