Interior Space and Exhibition Design Chord Residential by Handover Studio Ltd. Chord is an apartment interior located in a low-density residential building in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The layout supports both remote work and family life. The living room contains a multifunctional performance area that serves as a home cinema, a library and a space for a grand piano. Concealed doors and a sliding corridor door separate the zones and improve sound insulation. A semi-enclosed foyer with hidden shoe cabinets and wardrobes forms a calm buffer at the entrance. Light-toned elm veneer, herringbone stone tiles and marble unify the rooms.
