Interior Space and Exhibition Design The Soulful Sky Cabin Residential by Yu chieh wang The Soulful Sky Cabin is a residential interior located near Taoyuan International Airport. Expansive windows recall the openness of an airplane cabin, and the layout follows the idea of a journey across cultures. A lowered ceiling at the entrance leads to an open living and dining area. Synthetic panels were sourced from several suppliers and hand sanded, sprayed and assembled on site. Clay was hand shaped, perforated and pigmented to recall the strokes of Chinese ink painting. A multi functional room can serve as a bedroom or as part of the public zone.
