The open layout joins the living room, dining area and bar into one continuous space. Dual circulation paths provide several entry and exit points, so movement through the home stays flexible. Zones are defined by material changes rather than partitions, including herringbone wood flooring and a main wall of CNC processed wave pattern stone. UV resistant curtains and heat insulating window film reduce the afternoon sun.
