Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Park Lane Complex Real Estate Project by Fuzhou Runtou Real Estate Co., Ltd. Park Lane Complex is a residential demonstration complex in Fuzhou, China. The complex covers 2,070 square meters and includes a community lobby, a sales center and a clubhouse. The design interprets Nanyang style through a contemporary language, with low saturation beige and gray tones accented by antique bronze gold. The visitor route leads through the main lobby, light and shadow corridors, a tall lobby and a quiet courtyard. A covered walkway links the spaces and shelters residents from wind and rain in any weather.
