Garden Within Residence

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Garden Within Residence by James Tu Garden Within is an interior design for a residence of about 512 square meters in Taipei, Taiwan. The layout follows the spiral geometry of the tower, and curved forms in the foyer, corridors and main living spaces extend sight lines toward a panoramic terrace. The entrance foyer holds movable furnishings and a sculptural bar counter, so it can serve as a reception area for events. The dining room sits in a cylindrical volume with four arched automated doors in Silver Fox marble that frame garden views. The tea room converts into a study or a reception room.
