The design combines sales, club and future residential functions in one composite space. The theme Pearl on the Sea draws on the culture of Nansha and on motifs such as lighthouses, fishing nets and tides. Stone, metal, glass, satin and leather are combined with integrated lighting to increase transparency and light refraction. Layered circulation separates first visits, negotiations, fitness and private banquets. Modular planning allows conversion into club spaces after the sales phase.
