Tranquil Realm Residential House

Ian Tan

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Tranquil Realm Residential House by Ian Tan Tranquil Realm is a residential interior design for an apartment of approximately 116 square meters in Taipei City. The home holds three bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms. A dark toned palette is combined with deep brown wood, stone and textured finishes. The living and dining areas are joined into one shared zone through a revised circulation plan. Curved ceilings and softened edges reduce visible spatial boundaries. A fluted glass screen divides the entryway while keeping visual transparency. The design offers a calm retreat from the noise of the city.
