The design combines internal office functions with public exhibition areas. The office floors face the riverside to gain open views. The facade uses fluid horizontal lines, aluminum panels and insulating glass curtain walls, forming a clean and modern visual identity. The interlocking, staggered layout creates stairs, terraces and rooftop gardens for informal interaction and rest. The ground floor is raised and open, forming a passage that links the building with the surrounding city.
