The space is divided into three zones: a lobby service area, a business transaction area, and a VIP area. Universal service counters stand at the front, while teller and advisor workstations are placed in back office zones. Smart guidance, queuing systems, and digital displays support the service flow. Dedicated areas serve seniors, visitors with limited mobility, and children. Low VOC paints, reclaimed wood, recyclable metals, and prefabricated modules are used.
