Two independent coffee groups keep service running: if one group stops, the other continues to work. A patented brewing circuit uses fresh water for every extraction to prevent stagnation. Thermopulse PID control stabilizes the brewing temperature, and a patented anti-scale system protects the internal circuits. The body is made of laser-cut and bent stainless steel sheets. A central opening separates the control area from the mechanical core and opens the view toward the customer.
