Montemar Residential

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Montemar Residential by Irakli Emiridze Montemar is a residential complex located in Gonio, Georgia, on the Black Sea coast. Montemar comprises three residential blocks of sixteen floors each, placed on a site of 10,000 square meters. The open spaces between the buildings are given to green planting, public squares and communal areas. Parking for 300 vehicles is included. Panoramic apartments with private terraces and jacuzzis face the sea. The facades are clad in embossed aluminum sheet, and their volumetric shapes recall the form of a seashell.
