The mower combines four-wheel drive traction, adaptive energy management, LiDAR mapping and a 1080p camera to support autonomous mowing on steep and uneven terrain. Motor output is adjusted in real time according to terrain resistance, allowing a runtime of up to eight hours. Slopes of up to 70 percent grade can be climbed. Boundary wires are not required, because the working area is defined by walking the perimeter once.
