Illusive Stool

Lefteris Tsampikakis

Furniture Design Illusive Stool by Lefteris Tsampikakis The illusive stool is inspired from the illustrations of atoms structure showing the orbits of the electrons around the nucleus. A combination of basic geometric shapes which form a unique but simple structure that gives the impression of frozen motion, like time has stopped. An attempt to overcome the archetypal form of a stool and explore new possibilities by using traditional materials and common manufacturing methods.
