Tenants can choose between three apartment typologies, which differ in character and atmosphere. The development responds to the wish of tenants for homes that suit their individuality and lifestyle. Market research of the area and expected changes in society guided the definition of the three types. Affordable materials such as exposed concrete, stainless steel, resin flooring and plywood paneling keep costs low. The building has eight floors above ground and two underground parking levels.
