Street Furniture Design Convenience Temporary lavatory by Wenkai Xue Convenience is a temporary lavatory designed for public spaces without permanent toilets. The unit is placed over a sewer access point, so urine is discharged directly into the sewage well and is not stored. The manhole cover is removed and set into a groove between the two urinals, where it holds the unit steady and is not lost. The shaped form allows rain to clean the surfaces. Convenience is made by plastic injection molding and is light enough to be moved by municipal workers. The dimensions are width 1300 mm, depth 1400 mm and height 2000 mm.
