Nostalgic Tunes Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Nostalgic Tunes Restaurant by Li Shou Hung Le Ble D'or is a restaurant and bar interior in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, completed in May 2016. The design follows a nostalgic industrial theme. Recycled iron pieces are joined with wood veneer, and the joining angles and colors were adjusted repeatedly to create varied visual effects from the same materials. Mottled beer bottle walls and a large false window bring an image of continuous oxidation into the interior. Dark materials and careful color use capture subtle changes of light and shadow. The layout aims to create a strong sense of time and a close link between the space and its visitors.
