Goethestrasse 1 Private House

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Goethestrasse 1 Private House by Gronych + Dollega Architekten Goethestrasse 1 is a private house in Bad Homburg, Germany. The design transforms a strict development plan into a calm architectural form shaped by its location. The building develops its own scale in relation to the landscape and the surrounding buildings. Generous relations between inside and outside are created on a small plot with valuable trees. Light, shade and the reflections of the water surface in front of the glazed facades shape the interior atmosphere. Concrete, steel supports and prefabricated wooden elements form the structure.
