Dreams Chasing Life and Art Showroom

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Dreams Chasing Life and Art Showroom by Peihe Xie Dreams Chasing is a life and art showroom located inside a suburban shopping mall in Shantou, China. The 480 square metre space is used to display furniture and mattresses. The site is a narrow rectangular area with a standard column grid and evenly spaced windows on the north and south walls. Simple geometric volumes are inserted into the structure to divide and connect the interior. An arc-shaped form with an open hole lets the spaces penetrate each other. Concrete, white latex paint, black latex paint and plastic flooring are used.
