Beauty of Yinyang Residence

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Beauty of Yinyang Residence by Sung Chih Hsiu Beauty of Yinyang is a residential interior design of 300 square meters in Taichung, Taiwan. The design applies the balanced symmetry of Yinyang, a principle of traditional Chinese thought, to a modern home. Symmetrical layouts and linear elements create a sense of order and calm. A circle shapes the dining area, referring to family gatherings around a shared meal. The materials include genuine timber, marble, gold foil and vintage glass window craft. A large water ink painting on paper is mounted on one wall.
