New Universe Residential Building

Interior Space and Exhibition Design New Universe Residential Building by Ray Young Construction Company Ltd. New Universe is a residential building located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. The design combines Art Deco details with a simple contemporary style. The exterior uses linear elements, careful craftsmanship and a mix of decorative materials and colors. The building base is made of light black granite, and engraved wood grain bricks add texture. Balconies are finished with plants, transparent glass parapets and classical panel grilles with colored glass. A titanium-plated family crest and metal rails give the exterior a calm and refined character. The property covers 5967 square meters.
