Rippling Club

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Rippling Club by Song Han Rippling is a club interior of 360 square meters located in Shenzhen. The design draws on bionics and on the form of dripping water, so the boundary between outer and interior space, and between planes and solids, remains unmarked. An arched corridor is built from about 1800 tailor made translucent glazed tiles, which vibrate rhythmically as people pass. Sunken ripple shaped sofas and a wall installation artwork titled Flowing of Time complete the space. Fifteen steps lead visitors away from outside noise and toward inner calm.
