Shimao City Living Space

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Shimao City Living Space by Zhenxiang Wu Shimao City is a residential interior design for a home shared by a young man and his elder sister. The interior creates a warm and refined atmosphere, inspired by contemporary art installations. Large areas of stone, slate and wood veneer form a contrast between hard and soft surfaces. Small areas of steel, metal and glass add detail. A one centimeter metal strip is embedded in the door frames, and a two centimeter recessed metal skirting line follows the walls. The project was designed in 2019 and is located in Fuzhou, China.
