The project comprises 110 villas and 852 residential units on a site of 213,900 square metres. The villas are three storeys high and the residential towers are seventeen storeys high. The site is surrounded by mountains on three sides, which creates a private setting. The facades follow a contemporary classic French style and are clad mainly in beige granite to blend with the natural surroundings. An extensive water feature and lush greenery form the centre of the master plan.
