Beijing Club Clubhouse

Isabelle Zhao Peng

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Beijing Club Clubhouse by Isabelle Zhao Peng Beijing Club is a private clubhouse located in Beijing, covering 400 square meters including a central courtyard. The interior is set within a traditional Chinese building, and the design lets the old and the new coexist. Following the concept of Shade Rouge, the original structure was kept and combined with modern elements, while lighting emphasizes the red color and extends it through the space. Metal strips and separating seams mark the joints between the existing and the newly built parts. The courtyard connects all rooms and brings seasonal change inside.
