Interior Space and Exhibition Design Photosynthesis of Space Residential House by Chien Hung Lu Photosynthesis of Space is a residential interior design for a split-level house of 180 square meters in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The house receives abundant daylight, and the remodel plan was based on that condition. Black, white and gray tones with limited wood color and low chroma allow light and shade to act as the main decorative features. The lower floor holds an open dining room, kitchen and living room. Materials include marble, painted iron, walnut, teak, oak and engineered hardwood flooring. Three private rooms are finished in light black, dark walnut and dark gray.
