Lighting Products and Fixtures Design One Excellence Phase II Large Commercial Complex by Yanchih Wang One Excellence Phase II is an architectural facade lighting design for a large commercial complex in Shenzhen, China. The building is about 300 meters high and is covered with glass curtain walls. Simple white light was chosen to emphasize the structure of the tower. Customized luminaires were hidden and embedded inside the curtain wall to control the direction of the light. The vertical and interlaced light recreates the pattern of light and shade that sunlight forms during the day. The result gives the building a calm and rhythmic night appearance.
