Rt Stool or Sidetable

Furniture Design Rt Stool or Sidetable by Xiaokai Li Rt is a backless seat that can also be used as a side table. The design is inspired by the Chinese tangram and is composed of three right-angle parts. Two L-shaped aluminum plates of identical size support one right-angle wooden block made of ash. The aluminum plates are 6 mm thick and are shaped by laser cutting and machine bending. All three components are screwed together, so users can assemble and disassemble Rt on their own. Rt measures 300 by 300 by 500 millimeters and appears different from each viewing angle.
