Fengxi Linquan Residential Area

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Fengxi Linquan Residential Area by Tengyuan Design Vanke Fengxi Linquan is a residential complex built in a core urban area of Qingdao. The design gives priority to ecological living and to the urban image of the district. Each floor holds two homes of about 200 to 220 square meters, joined by a fully lit elevator hall. A shared garden appears every third floor, measuring 6.9 meters in width, 7.2 meters in depth and three floors in height, and serves six homes as a rest and meeting space. A nano thermal blanket and an eggshell insulation system protect plant roots during the cold winters and allow trees to grow on the raised soil.
