Caishi Residential Area

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Caishi Residential Area by Tengyuan Design Caishi China Railway City is a residential complex built in Jinan, China. The design follows a new Chinese style that joins classical order and proportion with modern function. Local features such as swallow tail ridges, gable heads and lattice walls are reinterpreted in a simple form, and the colours stay calm and quiet. Polycarbonate panels are used for the roof decoration boards, which allows slender supporting members. A four constant air system controls indoor air quality, temperature and humidity. The layout follows the existing terrain to limit earthworks.
