Interior Space and Exhibition Design R Fitness Gym by Xu Studio R Fitness is a fitness studio interior in Shanghai, China, covering 550 square meters. Light is used as the main design material. A red box-shaped corridor connects the entrance to the training area and is formed by LED tubes of different sizes and stainless steel mirrors with a water ripple finish. Slashed metal mesh covers the space and echoes the white lines on the floor. The lighting can be switched between red for short strength training and white for regular training and relaxation. The original solid facade was replaced by French windows.
