Saving Green Residence Residential House

J. O'Yang

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Saving Green Residence Residential House by J. O'Yang Saving Green Residence is a residential interior design for an old house in Taipei City, Taiwan, covering 195 square meters. The design avoids added decoration and uses green building materials to support energy saving. Horizontal and vertical lines connect the raised area with the different floors. French windows and continuous flooring link the lounge and the dining room, which are separated by a staircase. A glass handrail replaces the original wooden one to lighten the staircase. The height of the lounge was altered so the air conditioning can work efficiently.
