The property covers 495.8 square meters. The design is based on Kyoto styles and Japanese garden landscapes. A semi-open Japanese hot spring space forms the main feature and opens toward the mountain views outside. The foyer uses marble and a landscape painting to link indoor and outdoor scenery. The lounge combines Polyflush glass with iron pieces. A Hinoki hot spring cabin in the master bedroom includes thermal and leak prevention design for winter.
