Aplus Design Seafood Bar and Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Aplus Design Seafood Bar and Restaurant by Kung-Chao Huang Aplus is a seafood bar and restaurant located inside a department store in Taipei. The interior covers 4520 square feet and is inspired by the elements of the ocean. Waves are interpreted through flowing forms and shades of blue that move from dark to light. Customized decorative light fixtures are mounted on the ceiling to suggest the continuity of waves. A Japanese graphic of a geisha with an octopus decorates the bar area. Western and eastern materials are combined to reflect the fusion cuisine served. The bar is placed in the center so the space can host both small and large groups.
