Interior Space and Exhibition Design Modern Forest Residential by CHUN FU DEVELOPMENT Aesthetic of Modern Forest is the design of the shared public areas of a residential building in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The lobby uses an irregular facade and a divided ceiling to suggest the image of a forest. Floor to ceiling windows connect the interior with the outdoor landscape. Stone shaped couches of various sizes are placed in front of the windows. The front desk has an irregular cut form with a marble finish that matches the wall material. Materials include metal, wood veneer, ceramic tiles and stone. The design favors simplicity, durability and low maintenance.
